Searching iTunes help and there's nothing about 'restoring all the music you've just lost but have paid us good money for'. B'stids.

I think if you ask really nicely they'll give it back to you but there's a reason why they ask you do you want to back the music up when you buy it. Mind you I still haven't.
That means I Have to call them again - will be doing that anyway in light of the fact that they haven't replied to my cries for help in accessing data on .mac.
In case I haven't said it already - I HATE APPLE - they are shits. Their customer service is on a par with Ryanair.
